Eastern Elements provides cultural learning, self-reflection, free reading previews, guide downloads, report availability forms, digital product interest forms, practice materials, and related educational content inspired by classical Chinese frameworks such as Dao, Yin-Yang, Five Elements, seasonal qi, Yi Ching, and cultivation.
Reflection, not professional advice
Readings, reports, guides, and practice materials are cultural learning tools and should not replace qualified support.
Clear terms before purchase
Any active checkout should state price, delivery format, access method, refund path, and support contact before payment.
Support stays visible
Visitors should have a clear path for access issues, privacy questions, product questions, and future order support.
Current validation phase
The current site is primarily a validation site. Free reading previews, saved readings, guide requests, report availability requests, ebook interest, product interest, analytics events, and feedback are used to understand what visitors actually find useful before payment, inventory, or paid fulfillment are added. The Shop page's planned prices are not payment instructions, and no order exists until a clearly marked checkout is activated.
Readings, guides, and future digital products
Readings, reports, guides, Tao Te Ching materials, Yi Ching reflections, practice materials, and future ebooks are for cultural learning, journaling, and self-reflection. The planned Personalized Cultural Reflection Report is separate from the first four-book English PDF checkout scope. It is not fortune-telling, a forecast, a best-timing service, health diagnosis, professional advice, or a promise of any outcome.
The first planned checkout scope is four original English educational PDF books: Tao Stories for Everyday Calm, Tao Stories for Kids, Taoism for Beginners, and Ma Wang Dui Tao Te Ching. No checkout is active. Any future checkout page should clearly state the price, product format, access method, refund path, and support route before accepting payment.
User submissions
When you submit a reading, guide request, report availability request, product interest, or feedback, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Please do not submit medical, legal, financial, emergency, payment-card, or highly sensitive personal details through site forms.
Payments and checkout
Eastern Elements does not directly store payment card data. When checkout is enabled, payment should be handled through a third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider's checkout, receipt, tax, payment-processing, and dispute-handling terms.
Physical goods
The current validation phase focuses on digital learning products. Future physical symbolic goods, if offered, should use a separate commerce setup with their own shipping, delivery, return, refund, and fulfillment information.
Intellectual property
Site content, brand assets, guides, report structures, product concepts, page copy, downloadable materials, and future paid materials belong to Eastern Elements or their respective rights holders. You may use free content for personal reflection, but you may not copy, resell, or repackage site materials as your own product.

Is payment active on Eastern Elements now?
No. The current public phase focuses on free readings, guide requests, report availability interest, product interest, and feedback. Paid checkout should not be added until the product and payment setup are ready.
What should a future checkout show before payment?
A future checkout should make the product name, price, digital delivery format, refund path, support contact, and any important access details clear before purchase.
Can I buy or download a full Digital Library book now?
No. The current Digital Library offers only a limited public sample of an approved book. It is not a preorder, paid download, or customer entitlement.
Are readings or reports professional advice?
No. Eastern Elements materials are for cultural learning, journaling, and self-reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, relationship, immigration, or other professional advice.
Can I copy or resell Eastern Elements materials?
No. Free content can be used for personal reflection, but site materials, reports, guides, brand assets, and product concepts should not be copied, resold, or repackaged as another product.
How do I ask a terms or support question?
