Refunds
How Eastern Elements should handle future downloadable digital products, access issues, duplicate purchases, and support.
Last updated: September 17, 2026.
If no checkout link is active, Eastern Elements has not collected payment on the site and there is no site order to refund.
Future downloadable products should be reviewed according to access status, duplicate payment facts, product clarity, and support context.
If a future paid file cannot be accessed, support should first help restore access or verify the order details.
Digital product handling may depend on the buyer location, checkout provider, local consumer rules, and product-access timing.
If no checkout link is active, no payment is collected through Eastern Elements and there is no site order to refund. The current Shop catalogue is therefore not a preorder. The support inbox remains available for product questions, report availability, guide access, and launch-status questions before checkout is published.
The planned ebook catalogue is limited to four English educational PDF books. The Personalized Cultural Reflection Report is a separate non-active validation path, not part of that first ebook checkout scope. Any future purchase page must state the exact product format, access method, price, support path, and refund handling before purchase.
Because downloadable files can often be accessed immediately, refund requests should be reviewed according to delivery status, duplicate purchase facts, technical access issues, checkout clarity, support context, provider rules, and applicable consumer requirements. If a file was downloaded successfully, a refund is not based on whether a reflective exercise produced a particular personal result.
If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased digital file, email support@eastern-elements.com with the order email, product name, and receipt context. Do not send payment-card details by email. Support should help restore access or review the order facts.
Duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, or technical payment errors can be reviewed with receipt context and, when appropriate, through the checkout provider's refund or dispute process. If access fails or a file is corrupted, support should first restore access or replace the file where appropriate.
Readings, reports, guides, practice materials, and future ebooks are educational and reflective. Refund handling should not be based on a promise of luck, fate, wealth, healing, romance, or a guaranteed life outcome. It should focus on product delivery, access, payment facts, product clarity, and support context.

No. The current Digital Library sample does not require payment, an order, or a customer account. It is not a paid download or a refundable purchase.

Not always. Digital download handling can depend on access timing, checkout disclosure, provider rules, and local consumer requirements. The active checkout should explain the applicable policy before purchase.
No. Readings and reports are educational reflection materials. Future refund handling should focus on delivery, access, duplicate payments, product clarity, and support facts.
